  Pretty people, but overpriced for the careless service and foirgotten details; promises, promises, promises that they did not deliver.
  We came to Brainard because Scott is generous to the community, and were surprised at the upsell expensive options to increase costs at this vulnerable time. Then, the misspelled name and details in the newspaper and running out of programs at the service, and on and on.
  Also did not appreciate the funeral director jokng and flirting attempts to get chummy with my remaining parent, stopping by the house after the funeral and asking personal questions to size up the family finances. Would rate it 0 stars if that was possible
